Trial Lawyer

I have the legal knowledge, skills, and courtroom experience to advise my clients on bails, preliminary hearings, trials, and sentencing. Some cases involve a breach of your Charter rights. I assess the evidence, and if appropriate, file a Notice of Charter Argument to seek an exclusion of evidence or a Stay of Proceedings. I advise my Aboriginal clients on the use of Gladue Reports and their unique background factors for sentencing. I work hard to protect my client's rights.
